How to do crunches
Cruches are just like situps but you do not bring yourself all the way up. You will simply use the steps for situps but you back doesn’t leave the floor. You should only lift your head and shoulders off of the ground and have your hands on your head for balance. Again, be sure that when you are doing these that you do not put your hands behing your neck and pull. This will cause stress on your lower back.
