How to tone with swimming
Swimming remains one of the best forms of exercise to date! It works your whole body and has virtually ZERO impact. When your are swimming you use all of your muscle groups and it is perfect for toning every part of your body.
I recommend starting out with a 5-10 minute swimming sessions. Then, at your own pace, move up to 20-30 minutes in the pool. With swimming I recommend starting out with any exercise that you are comfortable with as long as you are moving your whole body.
As with any exercise you also need a proper diet to see any results.
