It is possible that you think of giving up because you are not motivated enough to see it through! Friends and relatives can either be a great help or can be ’spokes in the wheel’. Make sure your near and dear ones help, encourage and motivate you in your efforts to lose weight. Such friends will see that you are far from all temptations and will goad you into exercising religiously!
